Section 106 planning agreements
Section 106 agreements are legal agreements between a planning authority and a developer to ensure that certain works related to a development are undertaken. For example, to provide a community meeting space, open spaces or play area and equipment.
The Draft CIL & S106 Guide provides information on our requirements for developers to provide or contribute to services and amenities.
