We are consulting on local pharmacy services in the area on behalf of the Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB).

This is your last chance to have your say on this important service as the consultation closes on Friday 21 November.

Anyone who uses local pharmaceutical services is encouraged to comment on our draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) by completing an online survey.

We would like to hear what you think of the current pharmaceutical services available in your local area. These include local pharmacy or chemist shops, pharmacy services in supermarkets, GP practices that dispense medicines for their patients and online pharmacies. Local pharmacies also provide healthcare help and advice and are often the first point of contact when people are concerned about their health.

We want to make sure that you can access pharmaceutical services easily and that you are happy with the service you receive.

You can find out more or tell us your views in the following ways:• View or complete a copy of the draft South Gloucestershire Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment by visiting our consultation website www.southglos.gov.uk/consultation • Email: consultation@southglos.gov.uk • Phone: 01454 868154• Write to: FREEPOST Plus RTCT-JXLE-EET, South Gloucestershire Council, Pharmacy Services Consultation, Civic Centre, High Street, Kingswood, BRISTOL, BS15 9TR.
