Landlord Expo 2013 - free landlord trade fair

The annual event is organised by South Gloucestershire, Bristol, North Somerset, and Bath & North East Somerset Councils, and is sponsored by residential and commercial property specialists Andrews.
It is aimed at anyone who is a landlord or letting agent, or who is considering entering the private rental market, and will feature over 80 exhibitors ranging from local authorities to letting agents, financial experts, trades people and suppliers.
With information stands, seminars and demonstrations, the event informs private landlords, letting agents and other investors of the wide range of commercial and council services available to them.
There is a full packed seminar programme that includes Richard Lambert the Chief Executive of the National Landlords Association. All seminars are free to attend and do not require pre-booking.
Entry to the event is free and there will also be free parking and free refreshments available.
