Jake Wood will be using excerpts filmed from his helmet camera to illustrate his talk and has written a book about his experiences called ‘Among You: The Extraordinary True Story Of A Soldier Broken By War’. His book is described as the gripping real-life story of a soldier serving on the front line in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The talk takes place at 3pm at the library and forms part of the celebrations for Armed Forces Day.
