The informal information evening takes place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm at the council offices, Badminton Road.

You will be able to talk to staff from our family placement team to find out what it takes to become a carer and discover the wide range of support and ongoing training we offer to our existing carers.

There will also be an opportunity to speak to some of our existing foster carers and hear about their experiences of fostering.

Last week, foster carers who look after children and young people in the care of South Gloucestershire Council helped to launch a recruitment drive to find more people to take on this rewarding role.
