South Gloucestershire is to receive £607,913 from the Government’s Pothole Fund to help fix potholes on local roads during 2014/15.

The award is the maximum possible allocation within the scheme and will be used to tackle existing potholes and stop them forming.

The award was confirmed on 18 July by the Department for Transport.
