Pay for it

You can make payments to the council, through our secure payments website for a number of services.

Before you use online payments, for the services below, you will need to have your bill or invoice to hand, as you will be asked to enter an “account number” for each invoice you wish to pay.

Our payment provider has confirmed the payment system is not working on these devices: iPhone 5, 6 and 6 Plus, iPad Air and mini 2 and 3, iPod Touch (6th generation). They are working to fix the problem. In the meantime, please use a different device or call our automated payment line on 0345 245 0682 (except for housing benefit overpayment) You can find other ways to pay on your bill, invoice or penalty charge notice.

If you would like to receive payment confirmation you will also need a current e-mail address.

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
