Consumers
We make sure that consumers are treated fairly by traders supplying goods or services. This includes consumer credit, business names, counterfeiting, pricing, description of goods, and rogue traders. For consumer enquiries or complaints, please contact the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Businesses
We also advise and work with local businesses to help comply with legislation and investigate complaints relating to possible criminal offences. For businesses seeking advice, advice and guidance leaflets are available or you can contact the trading standards office.
