Community engagement forums and pop-up meetings
Our Community Engagement Forums (CEF) are no longer running.
Documents such as minutes of the meetings can still be found in the online library.
An 18-month trial to introduce 4 new area committees will begin in the summer 2025. Read more about the area committee trial in our news release.
Pop-up meetings
Our online pop-up meetings bring together residents, town and parish councillors and community organisations to discuss topics of local interest and current consultations.
Meetings are held on Microsoft Teams.
At the meetings you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to project leaders.
