Bradley Stoke recently underwent a £3.6m redevelopment. The gym now features the very latest in strength and conditioning equipment, whilst BodyTone, our new toning suite is aimed at customers who prefer a full body workout using gentle, repetitive movements. Our 3 large fitness studios enable us to offer an extensive fitness class programme, which features Les Mills classes and includes studio cycling and Yoga.

We provide an extensive fitness class programme, which includes conditioning classes, pilates, yoga and aquafit. Whilst our new dedicated group cycling studio offers a virtual ‘real-road’ cycling sensation in an inspirational environment.
