Public Access services for planning, building control and licensing applications will be unavailable 27 and 28 April due to essential maintenance.

Childcare providers can benefit from the free early education entitlement (FEEE) funding from GOV.UK for all 3 and 4 year olds, and eligible 2 year olds.

If you are a parent looking for information about FEEE and the childcare settings that provide this, you can find information on how to apply for free childcare.

We have guidance for providers on using the early years portal. This shows you how to access the provider portal and how to submit claims for FEEE funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.

If you are a childcare provider interested in registering with our directory of providers offering FEEE you can email us at CORPCYPFinance@southglos.gov.uk.

When you register you will be able to access the provider portal.

For more information about FEEE you can download the provider information sheet.

Registering to provide tax-free childcare

Tax free childcare is a UK wide offer. You can find out more on the childcare choices website.

Eligible parents with children under 12 can get up to £2,000 per child towards their childcare costs each year or up to £4,000 for disabled children under 17.

Parents entering the scheme open an online childcare account which they use to pay you directly for childcare.

Payments work just as they do through an online bank account. Each payment has a reference number for each child so you can identify their payments.

You can only receive tax-free childcare payments from your customers if you sign up on GOV.UK.
