Becoming a childminder in South Gloucestershire
If you would like to work hours to suit your own family, in your own home, you may have thought about registering as a childminder. In South Gloucestershire we offer a free booklet “Pre-Registration Information for Prospective Childminders” in which we give you all of the information you need to help you decide if childminding is for you, including outlining the routes to becoming an Ofsted registered childminder.
Should you decide to become a childminder we can offer you our Childminding Introductory Course (ChIC). Full details, including how to book, are available in the booklet “Pre-Registration Information for Prospective Childminders“. Access to the internet is essential to enable you to complete this course.
