Accessibility and communications
We are committed to ensuring that all service users have equal and independent access to our services and to creating an environment which is accessible to all.
We have made a comprehensive, public commitment to treat everyone fairly, challenge inequalities and promote opportunities for all. Our goal is a fair society that gives everyone in South Gloucestershire an equal chance to live, work and learn free from discrimination, harassment and prejudice.
We aim to provide high quality inclusive services and facilities for all, and our Equality and Diversity Policy is clear on the need to provide information to staff and the public in appropriate and accessible formats. Our aim is to ensure that all customers have equal and independent access to all services provided by the council and that any additional needs of the customer are met.
