Countryside surveys
We undertake a number of surveys to gather data, however these are mostly focussed on the gathering of wildlife information rather than on areas such as visitor numbers.
Our surveys include, Local Geological Sites, the habitat and wildlife on Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation and special interest wild flower verges. Surveys have also been conducted on biodiversity action plan habitats and species including orchards and ponds.
Biological data collected by us is passed on to the Bristol and Regional Environmental Records Centre (BRERC).
