Carers (easy read)

A carer is someone who provides unpaid help and support to
- a family member
- a partner
- a friend
- a neighbour
who has a disability or other difficulty.

As a carer you may be able to get help and support.

The Carers Support Centre can help you with
- information
- advice
- places where you can get support and help
You may be asked to fill in a form about what you do as a carer called “Getting help and connected as a carer“
This is so the centre can give you the right help and advice.
