Re-use of public sector information
The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 encourages the re-use of public sector information.
The purpose of the regulations is to establish a framework that provides for the effective re-use of public sector information. The regulations define ‘re-use’ as the use by a person of a document held by a public sector body for a purpose other than the initial purpose for which that document was produced.
Policy advice on the re-use of public sector information, best practice and the complaints process under the regulations can be found on the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website.
Applications under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 for the re-use of information held by us will be processed by us.
