Street trading
15 April 2021 – The Street Trading Consent application for the Bird Box in Chipping Sodbury has been withdrawn. We understand the Bird Box will be operating in a fashion that means it does not require Street Trading Consent under Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. The council will continue to work to ensure the Bird Box meets all necessary Covid secure requirements, and officers have provided guidance and advice to the operators to resolve the concerns expressed by some residents.
