Spooky-themed fun at our libraries

Make your Halloween party go with a bang at our ghoulish themed craft sessions or learn about dinosaurs at workshops designed to keep children and young people busy during the school break.

Staple Hill

Start a scrapbook activity: Have a go at recording what’s important to you through scrapbooks.

Friday 26 October, 10.30am to 12pm. Free drop in session, most suitable for 5 – 11 year olds.

Staple Hill Primary School pupil and author, Layla Reid, aged seven, will be there signing copies of her book, Epilepsy Book for Kids. Layla wrote her book as a guide to help children cope with a parent’s epileptic seizures, after witnessing her own mother’s fits.
