Thursday 9 June, 6pm
Chair to join South Gloucestershire Council’s Community Spaces Network to thank local volunteer groups who help to look after public open spaces (part of National Volunteer Week – 1 to 12 June), at Winterbourne Medieval Barn, Church Lane, Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire.

Saturday 11 June, 2.30pm
Chair to attend a celebration tea party with the community of Yate to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday at St Mary’s Church and School, Church Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire.

Sunday 12 June, 11am
Vice Chair to attend ‘The Big Lunch’ celebrating the Queen’s 90th birthday and launching the new play area at Page Park, Staple Hill, South Gloucestershire.

Wednesday 15 June, 10.30am
Chair to attend a service of remembrance commemorating service men and women who have lost their lives since the turn of the millennium at Bristol Memorial Woodlands, Earthcott Green, South Gloucestershire.

Chair to attend 20th anniversary of the opening of Glebe House Care Home at Glebe House, Sundays Hill, Almondsbury, South Gloucestershire.

Chair to attend flag raising for Armed Forces Day at Kingswood Civic Centre, Kingswood, South Gloucestershire.
