Choices 4 U provide day opportunities for people with learning difficulties from the age of 16. Choices 4 U support people with learning difficulties to be a part of their community, achieve learning and employment goals and enjoy social and leisure activities that promote good health and wellbeing to lead a fulfilling life.

Choices 4 U can support people to:

  • lead a healthy lifestyle
  • develop friendships
  • think about getting into work and get support on how to do this
