Earlier this week, we advised customers that our online payments system and automated telephone payment line was continuing to charge a fee for credit card transactions after the government ban which came into force on Saturday. Having worked closely with our third party provider, we are pleased to announce that they have now updated our systems.  Please be reassured that you are now able to make payments using our online payment system and automated telephone line without incurring a surcharge.  Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and confirm to anyone who has been affected that we will be issuing refunds as soon as possible.

You can make payments to the council, through our secure payments website for a number of services.

Before you use online payments, for the services below, you will need to have your bill or invoice to hand, as you will be asked to enter an “account number” for each invoice you wish to pay.

If you would like to receive payment confirmation you will also need a current e-mail address.

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
