Cancel a subscription

You can cancel your garden waste subscription at any time if you no longer require the service.

We require at least 2 weeks notice to cancel a subscription that has been set to auto renew.

There are no refunds, unless you are cancelling on behalf of someone who has died. 

To cancel your subscription sign in to your online account and follow these instructions.

If you do not have an online account or need help with this, you can call 01454 868000 or visit one of our One Stop Shops.

Cancelling when someone has died

To cancel a subscription of someone who has died you can complete a change of circumstances form, or call us on 01454 868000, or visit one of our One Stop Shops.

In these circumstances we will refund the remaining portion of the subscription.

Transfer a subscription

If you are moving within South Gloucestershire you can transfer your subscription to your new address.

To do this you need to sign in to your online account and follow these instructions.

It takes up to 10 working days for subscriptions to be transferred.
