Authority’s monitoring report
The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR), previously referred to as the Annual Monitoring Report, shows how our planning policies have been implemented for the previous financial year and the progress that has been made on our planning documents.
The aim of the AMR is to provide a concise digest of key statistical information relevant to the assessment of the impact of policies in the Local Plan for South Gloucestershire.
The supply of deliverable sites sufficient to provide five years’ worth of housing against the housing requirement is published annually by the council as part of its Authority’s Monitoring Report (AMR). However, this year, the council has published this extract of the AMR early along with the associated explanatory documents as the information is required to support a planning appeal which commences in January 2019.
All other elements of the council’s 2018 AMR will follow in due course.
