Building control - feedback
When we issue building control decisions, we ask applicants or their agents to fill in a questionnaire to let us know what they felt about the service we provided.
The survey enables us to monitor users’ overall satisfaction with our service as well as giving more detailed views about different aspects of the services we provide. We use the information provided to help us identify and develop improvements.
Currently 84% of users are satisfied or very satisfied with the service we provide.
The survey also enables us to monitor the impact of our services on different groups within South Gloucestershire, and it is therefore important in helping us ensure our activities are compliant with equalities legislation.
