The ring road from Wick Wick to the Hambrook lights will be closed in both directions this weekend from 8pm on Saturday 22 July through to 6am on Monday 24 July when the road will reopen with the contraflow in place. This is to allow the construction of the contraflow.

Receiving your offer – Primary school admissions September 2017

From Tuesday 18 April, online applicants will be able to login and view the outcome of their application for a primary school place, and will be notified by email unless otherwise specified at the time of application. The online system has a “forgotten password” option. You will also be able to apply for free school meals online within the council’s Citizen Portal.

Applicants who applied for a school place using the paper application form will be notified by letter posted 1st class on 18 April 2017. We are unable to inform parents/carers of the offer by telephone. Remember to reply to offers by 2 May 2017.

Check your primary school place outcome (available from 18th April 2017)

If we don’t get a response to your offer we will contact you to advise that your offer of a place may be withdrawn if we do not receive confirmation from you within one week. Where a place has been withdrawn this will be confirmed in writing.
