However if you have a specific concern or problem, such as a blocked drain or missed waste collection, you should use the appropriate link on our Report it page instead, to make sure the relevant team gets the information without delay.

It means we can respond and follow up on your comments. For example, if your suggestion is used and results in a service improvement, we will feed this back to you.
