The Batch Community Centre
We are seeking to appoint an operator for the Batch Community Centre.
Expressions of interest are invited from local community and non-profit-making organisations. In all cases a lease will only be offered where applications are considered to be satisfactory.

We have a small number of garages which are managed by Bromford housing association.
Grass areas
Offers are invited for the grazing/mowing tenancy below which will be for a 2 year less one day period. The tenancy will commence from 8 May 2024 and rent will be payable one year in advance. The successful applicant will be required to sign a tenancy agreement which will be subject to terms and conditions for which there will be a fee of £100.
The council does not bind itself to accept the highest or any offer. The land parcels are as follows:
