View your Housing Benefit online
You need a South Gloucestershire Council account to view your Housing Benefit information online.
This will allow you to view:
- your current benefit entitlement
- housing benefit payments
- letters from us
Once you have logged in you will need:
- your claim reference number
- date of birth
- national insurance number
- postcode as shown on your council tax bill or benefit award notice
This service is currently unavailable between 9.30pm and 3am daily.
