The 2008/09 implementation plan is the last of the 3year plan to meet the outcomes of the South Gloucestershire Children and Young People Workforce Strategy 2006-2009. Attached is the Workforce Strategy Partnership Programme (Appendix A) emphasising the contributions made by the voluntary sector.
