A new guide (July 07) has been produced by the Children’s Workforce Development Council whose vision is to build a world-class workforce for children, young people and their families. On 1st October 2006, CWDC took over responsibility from the DfES for the implementation of Information Sharing, Common Assessment Framework, Lead Professional role and Multi Agency Working Toolkit. The former guidance can continue to be used with the following amendments.
