The Corporate Parenting Action Plan forms the basis of the Council’s framework to achieve the aims and objectives of the Corporate Parenting Strategy. It reflects the Council’s belief that all of our children and young people deserve the best possible start in life, have access to services that will enable them to overcome disadvantage and that the whole Council have a part to play in the Corporate Parenting responsibilities to achieve this end.
