Cash and cheque payments can be made at our One Stop Shops in Kingswood and Yate, and the council's offices at Thornbury.
Always quote your billing or reference number when making payments - this makes sure that the credit goes directly to your account.
By post
The council will not take responsibility for payments lost in the post.
Cheques or postal order should be sent to the relevant office, see your statement or contact us for details.
If you do pay by this method you should send only cheques or postal orders.
Do not not send cash by post.
