What to do if your Youth Unltd bus pass is lost

If your Youth Unltd bus pass is lost or stolen a replacement card will cost £8 - unless a crime reference number can be provided.

To obtain a replacement pass you need to contact the council directly on itu@southglos.gov.uk or call 01454 868004.
