Reporting damage
If you notice any damage to bus stops or shelters in South Gloucestershire, please report it to the Integrated Transport Unit on 01454 864631. If we maintain that stop or shelter, we will assess the damage and take any action necessary. If not, we will notify the owners.
Bus stops in South Gloucestershire are provided and maintained by either the bus operator First Group or by South Gloucestershire Council. Bus shelters are provided and maintained by Adshel, town and parish councils, South Gloucestershire Council or a few other organisations. Other facilities at bus stops (such as seats, timetable displays and litter bins) may be provided by the owners, South Gloucestershire Council or the parish or town councils.
