Ways to pay your Penalty Charge Notice (parking ticket)
You have 14 days from the day after you are issued with a ticket in which to pay at the reduced rate.
Payment should only be made if the Notice is not disputed
General information
Cheques and postal orders must be crossed and made payable to South Gloucestershire Council.
Always quote the Penalty Charge Notice number when making payments - this makes sure that the payment is matched to the correct Penalty Charge Notice.

You can pay your Penalty Charge Notice on-line using a secure facility by credit or debit card. Web code «Notice_Web_Code»
By phone
Phone 0845 245 0682 to pay by debit or credit card. You can make a payment at any time. You will need a touch-tone telephone, but most modern phones are of this type. Have vehicle details and PCN number ready.
In person
By cash, cheque, postal order, credit and debit cards at the locations set out below:
At the Post Office: You can pay your Penalty Charge Notice at any post office in the UK
Pay Zone in shops: Cash only
By post
Allow 2 working days for 1st class post and 5 working days for 2nd class
