How to challenge a car parking ticket?

We will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) to any car parked in contravention of the relevant regulations. You can query a ticket by writing to the address below or completing the form under 'Do it now' on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Your name, address and contact details

You must provide contact details to get a reply.

 

What you can expect

If you wish to challenge a PCN, you must make your informal challenge in writing within 28 days of the date the PCN was issued. To preserve the right to pay at the discounted rate an informal challenge must be made within 14 days of the issue of the PCN.

We do not accept verbal challenges.
