How to challenge a car parking ticket

We will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) to any motorist not complying with the relevant parking regulations. You can query a ticket by writing to the address below.

You must include your ticket number, name, address and contact details in order to receive a reply.

If you wish to challenge a PCN , you must make your informal challenge in writing within 28 days of the date the PCN was issued. To preserve the right to pay at the discounted rate an informal challenge must be made within 14 days of the issue of the PCN.

We do not accept verbal challenges.
