Shared use path
 We are developing a network of routes which will link some of the more important locations in the area. The emphasis is in making cycling attractive to everyone; so we need to ensure that routes are direct, convenient, legible and easy to use.

Route signage All routes Consultation period ended October 2009 Posts for signs being ordered in February 2010. GIS / mapping work underway
Cycle parking     External consultant has now submitted report listing potential cycle parking sites Contractor continuing with installations started in December 2009. Land owners being contacted where necessary.
