View planning applications
Most applications require a full planning application. You can also submit an outline planning application to see if a development would be acceptable. Applications are also required for listed buildings, conservation areas, advertisements and for works to trees.
Customers are advised that a revised scale of fees associated with planning applications will come into force on the 22 November 2012. Details of the new fees are available to download from the planning application forms page.
