prepare for interviews, including carrying out mock interviews
arrange a work experience placement to try out a new area of work, update your skills and experience, and build confidence before entering the world of work
work with specialist support agencies for practical and financial support including disability aids and equipment, training, job search skills, confidence building, mentoring and job coaching etc.

We work with you and potential employers to ensure that reasonable adjustments are made through the recruitment process and once you are in a job. Reasonable adjustments are wide ranging but, for example, we can arrange for BSL interpreters and other communication support, accessible venues, information in different formats e.g. audiotape, large print, extra time for assessments, help to agree flexible working arrangements etc.
