Nursery Education Grant forms

The following forms listed here are for early years providers to claim and administer the Nursery Education Grant to parents and carers of 3 and 4 years-olds within their settings.

The forms listed here are in pdf format and will need to be saved to your computer and printed off before completion.

To access the electronic 'Grant Claim Spreadsheet for 3 and 4 year-olds' and the Timetable for Processing and Payment of NEG claims see the 'Read more' section where you can open these spreadsheets and save them to your computer for you to complete and return.
