These forms should be used to apply for planning permission for “domestic” works within the ground of a single dwelling. These forms cannot be used for flats, erection of new dwellings or non-residential premises.
1APP forms also combine types of permission into one application, preventing needless duplication by the applicant. Householder development requiring listed building consent or conservation area consent can be applied for on one of the form below.
