Our citizens panel, Viewpoint, gives you the opportunity to give views on council services and performance.
The Viewpoint panel is randomly chosen and takes part in face-to-face and telephone interviews four times a year. The results of the survey are made available on-line (see Read More); these results are used to help identify community needs and provide services requested.
