We operate a system of alternate weekly collections. Your recyclable waste (large green bin and recycling box) is collected one week and your non-recyclable waste (in your black bin) is collected the next week.

Special Circumstances
As over half of household waste can be recycled you should have adequate capacity in your bin if you are using your green containers for everything that can be recycled.
If you have special circumstances that mean you cannot manage with the space in your black bin, ie a large family (6 or more) or special medical problem which makes managing your black bin waste difficult then please contact the StreetCare Helpdesk on 01454 868000 to discuss ways we may be able to help you.
