New residents
If you are moving into a newly built home that has not previously had a wheeled bin or recycling box, you can get them for free. Each household can have one green garden waste bin, one green recycling box, and one black refuse bin. You can only order them once you have moved into the property. Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Damaged bins or boxes
If your bin or box has been damaged by our contractor's vehicle or otherwise during collections, please contact us for a free replacement. You must keep the damaged bin or box for inspection and exchange. If it was damaged in another way, you may have to pay for a replacement. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
Lost or stolen bins
Please contact us to order a replacement. We will investigate what happened to decide whether you must pay a charge or not.
Recycling boxes
If you want an additional box for any reasons other than those listed above, you have to pay £4.95 per box. Please send your request with a cheque for £4.95 payable to SITA South Gloucestershire to:
