Any resident or potential resident who is vulnerable due to mental heath needs, learning difficulties as well as young people, people with drug and alcohol problems, women fleeing domestic violence and rough sleepers can be referred. Any vulnerable person who will need assistance to set up or maintain a home would similarly qualify. They may need life skills help, help with applying for benefits, help in paying bills, help with neighbour disputes or rent arrears. They may also need assistance in accessing furniture or other support services and help.
