Recipe for red berry smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

• 2 cups of frozen strawberries and raspberries
• 1/3 cup of milk
• 2 teaspoons of honey
• 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• 6 oz yogurt

Method

Place everything in the blender. Blend for approximately 20 seconds, serve and enjoy.
