Service users' views

 


When we issue building control decisions, we ask applicants or their agents to fill in a questionnaire to let us know what they felt about the service we provided.

The survey enables us to monitor users’ overall satisfaction with our service as well as giving more detailed views about different aspects of the services we provide. We use the information provided to help us identify and develop improvements.

Currently 85% of users are satisfied or very satisfied with the service we provide

The survey also enables us to monitor the impact of our services on different groups within South Gloucestershire, and it is therefore  important in helping us ensure our activities are compliant with Equalities legislation.

Set out below in the read more section of this page are the comments made in the most recent survey replies we have had from service users, and the actions we have taken, or are planning to take in response.

In April 2010 we refreshed and revised our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires to reflect feedback we had received. The new questionnaires are available to view in the Read more section.
