On-line applications are submitted electronically. For all other applications, please send us the completed application forms together with the correct fee. Each application must be sent with the set of plans showing the site and the work you propose to carry out. You may send a letter with details of other information that you think will be important when considering your application.
If your development falls within a flood zone we also require a flood risk assessment. Advice on flood risk assessments can be found through the 'Flood risk assessments' link in the 'More in this topic' section of this page.
