A locality hub is a building occupied by multi-agency teams working together in a single location. These teams include council and health professionals that work together under one roof so that the services they provide are made easily accessible to children and families.
Our plan is to create locality hubs in three locations, Yate, Kingswood, and Severnvale. The first of these hubs is due to open in Yate in the first part of 2010, whilst the Kingswood and Severnvale locality hubs are in the early planning stage.
